We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the initial concepts — before final delivery begins. Once final assets have been delivered, refunds are not available.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund under the following conditions:
- The refund is requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The order has not yet reached final delivery status (i.e., final brand assets have not been delivered to your dashboard).
- You are not satisfied with the initial concepts provided during the design process.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Final brand assets have been delivered and downloaded.
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- You have approved the final designs through the revision process.
- The order has been marked as completed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@brandkitely.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if significant work has already been completed on your order but has not yet reached final delivery. Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you before processing.
6. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 7-day window. To cancel, contact us at support@brandkitely.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
